Liberal resource leadership boils down to LN ‘Gee, I don’t know’

Liberal ministers playing to the fossil fuel industry’s contrived confusion seems less of a lack of consistency, and more of an outright dangerous misunderstanding.

In July, Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne, left, said he wants to export LNG because ‘it’s what the world needs,’ and two weeks later, Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault said ending LNG subsidies is ‘a common-sense bottom line.’
