Public servants concerned about Ottawa’s ‘unreliable’ transit system, lack of functional office workspace, lingering COVID, as they prepare to return to workplace
With public servants 'operating under a wide variety of hybrid models' throughout the pandemic, Treasury Board spokesperson Martin Potvin says 'such a wide range of approaches created inconsistencies across the public service in terms of employee experience.' But he also says the government will continue to monitor the effectiveness of its approach to hybrid work and 'can adjust if required.'
