Feds, Ontario must heed recommendations from inquiry into preventable murders of Ottawa Valley women
The inquest into the murders of Carol Culleton, Anastasia Kuzyk, and Nathalie Warmerdam showed that the justice system, the police, and probation officers basically failed the victims in every way imaginable.
