British Columbia leads with five-year-plan to implement UNDRIP
British Columbia released its UNDRIP Action Plan on April 7. If fully implemented, this will change the legal and governmental landscape by rolling back the colonial power dynamic of government to make space for joint decision-making with Indigenous communities.
