Hill media want better access to PM, government officials amid continued public health restrictions

'We want to get back on the Hill when Parliament resumes to be able to scrum ministers in the hallways, we want to be able to have them hold news conferences at the Parliament Press Theatre so we can ask them questions, we want to be able to pull them aside, and we hope that that is going to happen,' says the Globe and Mail's Ottawa bureau chief Bob Fife.
