Coronavirus couldn’t stop Canadian Cattlemen’s banger last Wednesday night, before Hill shutdown
The elbow-tap greeting, which has taken Parliament Hill by storm over the last few days, was the most common handshake replacement. Toe-tapping was also happening, though more so among the younger staffers. But that was before Parliament was shut down until April 20 because of the COVID-19 virus.
