Opposition leaders expected to push Trudeau’s ‘emotional buttons’ on SNC-Lavalin to make him look ‘arrogant, out of touch, entitled,’ says pollster Lyle
Pollsters Greg Lyle and Darrell Bricker say the extent of the damage as a result of more coverage of the SNC-Lavalin depends on how much more damaging information comes out during the 40-day election campaign.
The SNC-Lavalin controversy is back making national headlines which is bad news for Justin Trudeau's Liberals because it pushes them off their campaign messaging, say pollsters. There's also a lot of information already out there and baked into public opinion, but more information may come out, especially with this week's release of Jody Wilson-Raybould's book, 'From Where I Stand.'
