Canada has long way to go on international education, say experts

While the federal government’s International Education Strategy, which aims to double the amount of international students in Canada by 2022, from the 2011 levels, is a welcome move, some say the government is too focused on bringing students here, rather than educating Canadians abroad and enriching the strategy.
