Ontario Liberal MPP Soo Wong

Ontario Liberal MPP Soo Wong is the first female Chinese-Canadian to be elected to the Ontario Legislature. She represents the diverse and vibrant community of Scarborough-Agincourt and serves as deputy speaker and parliamentary assistant to the minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services at Queen’s Park.

The Nanking Massacre, also known as the Rape of Nanking, was the mass murder and mass rape committed by Japanese troops against the people who lived in Nanjing (Nanking), then the capital of China during the Second Sino-Japanese War in 1937.
