The Embassy of Germany, Global Affairs Canada, the Heinrich-Böll Foundation, and the German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations will host a panel discussion on 'Feminist Foreign Policy–Ensuring Equal Rights and Equal Participation' on Nov. 7.
