John Delacourt’s advice for new Hill staffers

Here are three modest suggestions for potential staffers, which may be equally useful to newcomers to the Hill and seasoned political and policy professionals who have held senior roles in the past. Think of them as introductory guidelines for living in a very particular ecosystem.
