What worries me is that not all resources, or apps, are created equally. In fact, as awareness of the importance of looking after our mental wellness grows, the apps associated with claiming to protect it proliferate in lockstep. Yet, their reliability, evidence base and privacy requirements may not be up to the task. In fact, some apps may even do more harm than good.
