Our economic recovery needs a strategy to get Canadians back to work, business can provide solutions

If ever there was a time to develop this talent pipeline, it is in the middle of an economy-destroying pandemic. We need to be ready to bounce back strongly when the disease is behind us.

Only employers can provide the local and regional demand-side data needed to fill these talent pipelines. Business has a critical role to play in helping Canada recover from COVID-19, and this is one of the major contributions it can make to get Canadians back to work, write Perrin Beatty and Leah Nord.
