What’s Andrew Scheer’s vision for Canada?

Beyond the carbon tax, and not counting the obligatory bloviating about the budget deficit, it’s hard to know what, if anything, Scheer envisions for Canadians.

There’s nothing new about the affordability issue, which Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer has selected as the centrepiece of his party’s upcoming campaign to unseat the Trudeau Liberals, writes Les Whittington. OTTAWA—“Canadians are struggling at a time when our economy is supposedly doing well,” the federal party leader said, “and people I meet across the country have a lot of questions as to why their government hasn’t been able to help them through these difficult times.”
