Ex-staffers to ministers Hajdu, Carr hit the campaign trail

For one, Jeff Kovalik-Plouffe recently left International Trade Diversification Minister Jim Carr’s Ottawa office to take over as the MP’s 2019 campaign manager.

Employment Minister Patty Hajdu has seen four staffers leave her office this summer, including Leah Van Houten, who's now her campaign manager in Thunder Bay-Superior North, Ont. Employment, Workforce Development, and Labour Minister Patty Hajdu has seen a couple of staff departures of late, with Roy Karam and Aisling MacKnight both going on leave.
