Hello, CRA? It’s Alexandre Boulerice here, NDP MP ups his QP style to attack Liberals

It’s not called “the early show” for nothing and NDP MP Alexandre Boulerice threw in a touch of dramatic flare on Nov. 21 in the daily Question Period. Mr. Boulerice, one of the NDP’s star MPs, pretended he was on the phone when he asked Revenue Minister Diane Lebouthillier a question about the auditor general’s scathing report on the Canada Revenue Agency. The AG’s report, released last Tuesday, found that the CRA’s nine call centres only answered phones one-third of the time, blocked calls, and provided Canadian taxpayers with incorrect information.
