Eleven years later, Canada’s military and RCMP veterans are still fighting for the termination of their CPP pension claw back. Veterans who suffer from PTSD or have a disability still get their CPP disability pensions clawed back from their service pension by the same Government of Canada they joined to protect. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Liberal MPs have voted yes to terminate the CPP clawback, yet veterans and their families are still waiting.
