The disaster that remains the NSPS

Many of us hoped that the new Liberal government would have understood the significant flaws in the NSPS strategy that it inherited from the Conservative government and would have taken steps to mitigate the risks. Sadly, it was not to be.
On Feb. 23, the government presented its new national shipbuilding procurement strategy (NSPS) to acquire the $26-billion Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC).
