MONTREAL—After 78 days of campaigning, a Liberal majority government led by Justin Trudeau is looking to start governing, with a possible return to Parliament in a couple of weeks. Robert Asselin, senior adviser to Mr. Trudeau, told The Hill Times that although nothing is official yet, Parliament could return in the next two weeks. The Privy Council Office has been instructed to start the transition and the Liberal team will begin to engage with officials Tuesday, he said.
