“Never again,” is a pledge echoed through the hallways of the UN and by the world community following the genocide in Rwanda. Fast forward 13 years to the present and the African country of Sudan where 200,000 people have been killed, mostly at the hands of the pro-government Arab militias. An additional two million civilians in the Sudanese district of Darfur are displaced, having fled to refugee camps where there is little food, water or medicine. Sadly it would appear, history is repeating itself.
