And while federal Health Minister Anne McLellan and Heritage Minister and Liberal leadership candidate Sheila Copps fought about whether or not the SARS crisis in Canada’s largest city should be considered “an epidemic” or “a national emergency,” the World Health Organization issued a travel advisory telling people around the world to avoid nonessential travel to Toronto.
