Correctional service given too much discretion in new gender-diverse policy

Misgendering Indigenous people in prison is abuse of a demographic that is already subject to significant discrimination and harm.

The new CSC policy sets gender-diverse people up for harm, and also leaves them with little recourse when their rights are violated.
