Re: “Can the Conservatives make themselves relevant again?” (The Hill Times, Feb. 12, p. 5). Les Whittington asks if the Conservatives can make themselves relevant again. Clearly not if they refuse to consider key solutions to the climate crisis, such as carbon pricing, or feel, as Peter MacKay does, that Canada cannot make a difference in the global fight to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
