Rose LaBrèche

Rose LaBrèche is a passionate advocate for women in positions of leadership and strives to put theory into practice. She is currently a rugby referee at the highest level of the sport worldwide and has officiated both at prestigious events such as the Pan American Games in 2015, the Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympics in 2016, and the Women's Rugby World Cup in 2017. She was recently elected as a board member of Rugby Ontario and has won Match Official of the Year for two consecutive seasons at the provincial and national level. Outside of sport, she holds a master's degree from the University of Ottawa in International Development and Environmental Sustainability, and currently works for the federal government in Ottawa.
