Despite their partisan differences, Quebec Premier Jean Charest and former deputy prime minister Sheila Copps have something in common: their children attended Children on the Hill, a workplace daycare in Parliament  Hill’s Confederation Building, which will celebrate its 30th anniversary at the end of this month.
