Gomery takes aim at the FAA, 'bad apples' in the public service

The following exchange took place last week on May 17 between Justice John Gomery and Treasury Board official Stephen Wallace. Justice Gomery wanted to know more about the weaknesses he sees in the Financial Administration Act, the key statute governing the public service that several public servants at the centre of the sponsorship have violated, notably Chuck Guité.
