Electoral reform committee ends summer hearings as referendum talk heats up
A majority of Canadians believe the public and Parliamentary consultations the government has started on electoral system reform are not enough to achieve public consent and that a national referendum is required, Ipsos Research head Darrell Bricker told the committee Thursday.
