NDP leadership shocker reflects ‘new expectations,’ party rejects Mulcair, wants a leader ‘to lead us to government’ next time

NDP delegates voted on Sunday to replace Tom Mulcair as leader. Many delegates said they were surprised by the 48 per cent vote for him and one said she felt 'the oxygen just suck right out of the room immediately.'
