Controversial campaign lit from Conservative Surrey candidate came from national party, says resident

Images of the brochure, published and posted by the weekly newspaper Peace Arch News, as well as Black Press sister publication The Surrey Leader, have drawn criticism for its depictions of Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau and NDP Leader Tom Mulcair, over an evocative quotation from Prime Minister Stephen Harper: 'We will fight Jihadist terrorists at home and abroad.'

The brochure that landed in Surrey, B.C., homes from Conservative candidate Dianne Watts recently. One angry resident says it angered her 'deeply.'
