Senate officials backdated $3,000 contract to P.E.I. consultant helping Sen. Duffy, trial hears
Peter McQuaid, a veteran political backroomer in Prince Edward Island who was for a time chief of staff to former Conservative premier Pat Binns, provided consulting services to Sen. Duffy for three years, from shortly after he became a Senator until 2011.
