Conservatives painting Government of Canada website blue, organizing by themes not departments, NDP says new look obscuring sensitive facts

A transformation of the old gc.ca into a new Canada.ca has been taking place since December, a massive overhaul that is steadily changing the face of federal portals and appearance department-by-department—with 2016 as the target year for completion.
