Conservatives, who are looking at winning the next election after 13 years out of power, are keeping tight-lipped about who would be the top political players in the next Prime Minister's Office or named into a Conservative Cabinet. But that isn't stopping the speculation. "There's still a long way to go," said Conservative incumbent Monte Solberg, who's running for re-election in Medicine Hat, Alta., in an interview with The Hill Times from the Conservative war room in Ottawa.
