Catherine Hébert and Martin Drapeau

Catherine Hébert is currently completing a PhD in the counselling psychology program at McGill University, under the supervision of Dr. Martin Drapeau. Her research interests include best practices in psychology, application, and utilization of science in clinical settings, and access to services. Martin Drapeau is an associate professor of counselling psychology and of psychiatry at McGill University, and a researcher affiliated with the Qualaxia Network and the University of Montreal, as well as an adjunct professor of clinical psychology at the University of Sherbrooke. 

Mental health disorders are also associated with tremendous economic and societal costs due to a decrease in productivity, increase in disability, significant utilization of health services, and job loss.
