The federal race is beginning to look like last year’s Ontario provincial race where the Liberals are showing progressive chops and economic competence and the NDP is caught in the Conservative trap of austerity.
Thanks to Jean Chrétien, Paul Martin and Stephen Harper, the Liberal Party of Canada’s economic brand just got stronger. Aug. 25 was when this became clearer. Bear with me.
