OTTAWA—Like father like son. At least, that is what the Prime Minister is hoping in his targeted attack on Pierre Trudeau’s legacy. Stephen Harper must be taking some comfort from the fact that in the days following the strategy launch, Conservatives have outpolled Liberals for the first time since Justin Trudeau took over the beleaguered Grits. But the Tories may be premature in celebrating their support, because Justin is no Pierre. Likewise, 2015 is no 1968.
