Proposed changes to federal riding boundaries may help crowded city ridings but they're likely to leave rural residents under-represented in the House of Commons, warn several rural MPs including one senior Cabinet minister. The Federal Riding Boundary Commissions, set up last spring, have held hearings on proposed changes to 301 federal ridings over the past few months. The House will increase in size from 301 seats to 308. Ontario will get three more seats, increasing from 103 seats
