New PMO chief of staff Novak takes top spot in The Hill Times' 13th Annual Terrific 25 Staffer Survey: Forum Research survey

A number of staffers have made their debut on The Hill Times’ Terrific 25 Staffer Survey this year, including a number of NDP staffers.

Ray Novak, chief of staff to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, is considered the top staffer in this year's 13th Annual Terrific 25 Staffer Survey, conducted by Forum Research polling firm.

Ray Novak, 36, may be Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s longest-serving staffer, but this year he’s raised his profile and took over as PMO chief of staff last May, and for the first time Mr. Novak was voted the best Hill staffer in The Hill Times’ 13th Annual Terrific 25 Staffer Survey.
