Canada's Armed Forces should be transformed from the equivalent of a 98-pound weakling to something with enough muscle to play an honest role in defending Canadians from physical harm: Sen. Kenny

Canadians aren't bullies. They don't bolster their self-worth by building up their armed forces to pick fights around the world. Our refusal to inject steroids into Canada's military just to swagger internationally is part of what makes us Canadian, and that's certainly a good thing.
