The 'Taste of the Arctic' event put on by the Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) last Thursday night at the National Gallery was a welcome respite from Prime Minister Stephen Harper's buzz killing prorogation, which has really killed the party in Ottawa. Although some Hill folk who are in reception withdrawal are likely taking comfort in the fact that Mr. Harper isn't have as good a time as he thought he would without that bothersome Parliament.
