Mingling Liberals have election on the brain these days in Ottawa, but Party Central is calling their bluff.
Party Central will pretty much turn up at any event where there is the possibility of free wine, so it's nice when an invitation comes along where it's a guarantee. And such was the case for the Canadian Vinters Association reception in West Block's Room 200 last Tuesday night, where Canadian winemakers, mostly from southern Ontario and British Columbia, came to the Hill to give MPs a taste of their wears.
