MPs expect 'bumpy' committee meeting into PBO's future budget

The Library of Parliament Joint Committee will meet behind closed doors on Nov. 26 for what some MPs say will be a "bumpy" ride with the Parliamentary Librarian to discuss the Parliamentary Budget Officer's future.

NDP MP David Christopherson (Hamilton Centre, Ont.), who participates in Library of Parliament Committee meetings regarding the PBO, said he expects the meeting not to go smoothly.
