After five years of chaotic fiscal spending patterns similar to that of a shopaholic, the Conservatives have finally come to the realization that they have dug Canadians into a $55-billion deficit ($32-billion for 2011-2012). The notion of small government doesn't exist in Finance Minister Jim Flaherty's blue book.
