When you consider that 40 per cent of Canada's jurisdictional area is ocean you would think that our government would be paying more attention. Climate change has hit home with Canadians, but the effects are not only on our land and air. Our oceans are affected too. And with big changes coming at us we need to take a more careful approach to how we manage our oceans.
