Three former NDP leadership contenders all spent more than they raised: Elections Canada documents

The three NDP leadership candidates who made the deadline on Monday to file financial reports with Elections Canada for their campaigns to the party’s March 24 leadership election all spent more than they raised or borrowed for the race, the reports show.
