Facebook group influence iffy, says Nanos poll

Almost half of Canadians believe that Facebook groups should have little to no influence on public policy or political mobilization, according to a Nanos poll released last Thursday. Only 11 per cent of Canadians felt that political groups on social networking site Facebook should have an influence on government.
