Harper borrows Mulroney's Cabinet management style

Prime Minister Stephen Harper does not hold full regular Cabinet meetings, only for QP strategy, but full Cabinet has met a few times a year at Willson House and Montebello.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who does not meet his full Cabinet regularly and his powerful Cabinet committees are responsible for the government's decision making, but this is nothing new, say political observers. However, some Liberals say issues affecting the country should be discussed more regularly by full Cabinet.
