Crown corporation salary increases ‘not out of line’ with other sectors: documents

PARLIAMENT HILL—Newly released documents cast doubt on the reasons behind a government move last year giving Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Cabinet controversial new powers over collective bargaining between Crown corporations, most prominently the CBC, and the unions representing their employees.
