NDP understands rules, has 'recourses' to government action on use of House resources: Mulcair

PARLIAMENT HILL – NDP Leader Tom Mulcair vowed Wednesday that 23 New Democrats under pressure to repay a total of $36,309 to the House of Commons for sending out electoral or party literature prohibited under House bylaws have “recourses” the party intends to exercise before it concedes defeat in a battle with the government.
