NDP vows legal fight, will deny early summer break over BOIE ruling

PARLIAMENT HILL – The NDP is on a collision course with Conservatives who dominate the secretive board of MPs governing Commons spending over the repayment of $1.17-million in mailing costs for NDP flyers. The board ruled Wednesday that the mailings were ineligible for free MP mailing privileges on the grounds they were prepared and distributed to “advance electoral purposes.”

PARLIAMENT HILL – The NDP is on a collision course with Conservatives who dominate the secretive board of MPs governing Commons spending over the repayment of $1.17-million in mailing costs for NDP flyers.
