Former auditor general Ken Dye says Canada's Auditor General Sheila Fraser should be allowed to audit MPs' expenses and she should also take over from the private firm that audits Parliament's annual financial statements.

Former auditor general Ken Dye says Canada's Auditor General Sheila Fraser should be allowed to audit MPs' expenses and she should also take over from the private firm that audits Parliament's annual financial statements.
